"I set up an account. I tried to log into my account an hour after I made an order. The password didn't work. I just set it up and wrote it down so I know it was correct.
Then I clicked to receive the code (instead of using the login/password) and the site said it was sent but it didn't appear in any of my email files.
In addition, I thought that the subscription would start soon but after I paid, the receipt page noted that it wouldn't start until September. "
