"I recently gave DiscountMountainSoftware a bad review of one star. This was completely not deserved, the error was on my part and not theirs. When I had a problem, I called into support twice and did not hear back. The reason I did not hear back was I dialed the wrong number twice. When DMS became aware of the situation through the credit card company they immediately got in touch with me. They were extremely polite just wanting to understand the problem and take corrective action. It was only then that the real problem was discovered. Like most I tend to really judge a company by how they handle problems and DMS was outstanding. I would highly recommend them based on my recent experience and will return to them again when I am looking to purchase software. They were very understanding and very gracious in accepting my apology for something that was completely my error."

"My download of Windows 7 Professional upgrade went well. However it did take nearly 6 hours to complete. Installation went fairly well except the instructions for upgrade omitted several things, including using the Windows Anytime Upgrade on my Windows 7 Premium OS to speed things up a bit. Finally, I occasionally get a pop-up notice that the Product Key entered was incorrect, even though it installed correctly and is operational as we speak. Overall experience is very good other than the exceptions noted. Thank you/RB"
