Raul was fantastic.
* Helped me pick the right mug and told me that he actually had that exact one on his desk.
* Went above and beyond what was expected by cancelling an old order of mine with disapproved artwork and used the store credit to apply to this order. He sorted everything out professionally and efficiently.
* A general pleasure to talk with.
* Provided his email and I sent my artwork to him directly. He helped me choose the perfect font for the laser etched wording.

Based on my previous attempted order, I can truthfully say that Raul is far better than the other employees that I worked with. It was a true pleasure to interact with him.
