"Well I made my order and paid by PayPal and PayPal kind of defaulted to my billing shipping address which was a PO box. The order went through then after not receiving any tracking for days I finally called and find out after the fact that because it was a PO box the item was going to take more than twice the time to get here because they normally use ups and fedex. So I would have given a regular address if I had known that because this was a time-sensitive repair but there was no mention of the preferred shipping it actually didn't even really ask for a shipping it just kind of defaulted to the PayPal and went straight through nor did I get any email saying hey actually because this is a PO box it will be delayed by this much do you want to confirm to keep the PO box or change the shipping address. So thus far my first experience has been very frustrating. "
