"Ordered an ac compressor that their website said was in stock. Part arrived and it was incorrect part. Called customer service immediately. Rep confirmed I was shipped the incorrect part but that the part I ordered was a compressor w/o clutch. Informed the rep that I merely clicked on the add to cart link for the correct part (compressor w clutch). She then said both of the compressors were out of stock even though the website says the correct part is in stock and ready to ship (coincidentally, both compressors are the same price according to the rep)!! Rep could not explain why prices were both the same and did not indicate she would notify the website personnel to update the in stock listing or why the wrong part number was sent when I used their add to cart to order."
