" I am pleased to give my highest praise at the service Toby of DiscountACparts.com gave me recently. Although I live in Va., when my wife's Caravan lost its AC compressor, none of the several Chrysler dealers in the Northern Virginia area I contacted had a compressor in stock. Being a Friday afternoon, none could get it overnight from a warehouse until the next Monday. The repair would then have not been completed until Tue. or Wed.
I did a search and found DiscountACparts online. I wouldn't usually wait over 20 min. on a call but TOBY dropped in on me several times to let me know he would soon be available, so I did. I was glad I did so because Toby was most helpful and courteous and let me know they not only had the compressor but I could get other parts (valves and a drier) that needed to be replaced at the same time in a kit with the compressor at a much reduced cost than all the parts separately. Best of all, he helped me get overnight shipping from west coast to east coast. Yes, I paid a little more, but we all know 'time is money' and I was able to get Sat. delivery to my repair shop. They had the car ready by 4:00pm and my wife got her wheels back in one day instead of 4 or 5. Without the inventory of DiscountACparts and the helpful service of TOBY, I would have been paying a LOT more for the compressor and would have been without a car for a longer time.
