"MY initial review was as follows "After three attempts Discount AC Parts appears to have gotten my order correct. The people are friendly but they DO NOT LISTEN WELL. I needed a replacement for a Seltec 488-47075 compressor. Twice the wrong one was sent. They did take the wrong one back without penalty but this has put my project 2 weeks behind waiting for the company to deliver the correct part. This is even though I used next day air with the associated cost. If I had elected standard shipping it might have cost me another week.
The merchant has reached out to me and rectified my situation to my satisfaction including an apology for messing up. They did this WITHOUT me calling them and asking. The integrity of the company in this regard seems outstanding. I would now order from them again without any hesitation."
