"I purchased a CDJ400 from this store and received it about 2 weeks later. What i received was a faulty product with a broken CD drive that did not take the cd in. I emailed them and they promptly responded and told me to send it back under warranty. By this time i had left positive feedback and this was probably the last time i saw the CDJ400 or heard a response to many phone calls and emails. The last email that got a response was this
"Hi Sean,I think we got it back.
I just emailed our warehouse to get a status report and will email you shortly,

I tried to recover it from them but have never had a response since. I contacted Ebay and they said that since it was outside the 60 days they could do nothing. They told me to report it to a number of websites which i did."
