"I added the correct part to the online cart, which was the very first selection on the website. I paid $30 for overnight delivery but received it 3 days later. When I finally received the part it was the wrong one. I then contacted customer service and they were no help at all. The employee made me feel very incompetent of being able to place an online order. She informed me that I "ordered" the wrong mirror. When I asked her to bring up the website on her end and to choose the first option which was passenger and tell me what part it ordered for her she would not do it. She then informed me that my mirror was shipped on time but I didn't receive it until 3 days later. I then spoke with a supervisor who would not assist me in my refunds. Final decision was to return the incorrect mirror with NO restock fee and ship the correct mirror overnight with no additional charge. It's been almost 2 weeks with NO contact from the company and my refund was less the restock fee which was supposed to be waived. I never received the correct part. It also costed me 12.50 to ship the wrong mirror back. I will NEVER use this company again nor will I EVER recommend to anyone else. "
