"2nd time i have ordered from this company and both times they sent me the wrong side mirror of the car and claimed I ordered it. I thoroughly made sure it was the right side i wanted when I ordered as i know what happened the first time. I filled out the exchange slip to return and exchange as said to follow in the package and ended up paying $25 extra for shipping. When I called to ask for the shipping money back they said no this is my fault and I am to pay for that. I told him to just not exchange it and return it when it comes back as i will go somewhere else. I will now pay twice the amount of what it was plus the shipping that i had to pay for when i sent it back. Very very unhappy and will tell everybody i know about how this company works and how they do not work with their customers. I will be sure to always go to a local store and pay the retail price as i know I will get the good service required. "

"I ordered my mirror (right side) for my 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer here because the price could not be beat. I ordered my mirror on a Monday and received it the following Tuesday, not bad. My only issue is that the mirror came with 4 wires meanwhile my car only has 3 so it took some clipping and splitting of wires to ensure it worked with the power operation. Other than that I have no complaints and am happy to have a mirror again."
