"The shipping warehouse made a mistake. I received two packages addressed to me. One was the mirror I ordered, but not shipping document. The other package contained two items I did not order and a shipping document to a another person who lives in Indiana. Also in the second package, quarter folded and sticking in the bottom corner, was the shipping document for my mirror. After a phone call to explain (twice) what happened, arrangements were made to pickup the wrongly sent items on the following Monday, "sometime between 9 am and 5 pm." P.S. the mirror I ordered is correct. The process - not so much."
