It shipped on a Friday, with next-business-day delivery, which means that for the extra $30 I spent on shipping, the thursday order arrived on Monday. It would probably help if the delivery date were calculated for you before you completed the order. Other than that, good product and service."

"I have yet to receive my order. Its been ay least 6 business days and the order has not shipped and money has not been debited. I've already called once and was told they didn't know why I didn't have a tracking number and it was over the normal timeframe for me to receive one. Not pleased. And you outsource, annoying."

"I received no original notice that the part was on the way. I did get notice that my card was good. I was informed that you do not ship to PO Boxes. It came to the post office. Last time it did that , they sent the part back. It took me a month to get it straightened out. Let the customer know that it is going to the PO and we can get it stopped before they send it back.
