"I ordered a mirror and 20 mins later realized I ordered the wrong part. I called to make the cancelation and customer service made it really difficult to cancel the item. Then the item was shipped to my house and I had to pay $15 to return the item then was pressed by the return staff about a 10% restock fee. I was able to talk the representative out of the restock fee and for me to get my full refund. This was a big hassle now I have to wait another week to place my order and wait again for the shipment. However the quality of the product is good and the prices are unbeatable."
