I spoke with Moses at their call facility. He was helpful and got (I hope) shipping ETA from 10 days down to 3 days for free... I'm very pleased with how helpful he was and that it's a new tailgate for a price that's really mind blowing! I'm looking forward to recieving it and getting it installed. Once it arrives I'll update this review with packaging info, its ToA, sure fit, quality of material etc.. As of right now, I'm very pleased with the service I recieved, its price and shipping ETA. Which hopefully aligns with its ToA. Thank you!"
