Shady Shady Shady!!!! Buyer Beware!

"I paid for my order with my debit card which was charged for the total amount. I have 2 charges for nearly 2 times the amount and now in overdraft. I placed an order at www.discountbodyparts.com, paid $167.11 on the website for my order and waited for confirmation and shipping/tracking information. I received the initial confirmation via email on November 1, 2016 which stated my order was received and was processing for the $167.11 I paid on the website. On November 1, 2016 I also received an email stating that all of my parts were assigned a tracking number by Fed Ex. A little later the same day I got another email for 1 of the 4 parts I ordered for $56.97 and it said, "your payment has been approved" which I knew I had already paid for, so I did not question since it showed it was a part of the total original order. On November 2, 2016 I once again got another email with Fed Ex tracking information for all 4 parts again. A littl later in the day I got another email saying that I was billed for $110.14 for the other 3 parts from my order but it showed as a part of the total order I originally made so once again I did not question it. On November 2 in the evening I got notification from my bank that my account was in overdraft status. When I went online to find out what was going on I discovered I had been charged the original $167.11 from disountbodyparts and then another charge of $110.14.Basically having been almost completely double charged for my original order. I called the discountbodyparts immediately and asked what was going on. The representative explained that they only preauthorized the original amount and now were charging for the partial order and that the pending charge would fall off. I told her that because they had double charged rather than edit the original payment they had caused my account to go into overdraft. No matter what I said they were no help and all they offered was to talk to their accounting department and call me back. I requested to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold and told there was no supervisor available. On November 2, 2016 before leaving for work I called them again because now my bank had actually assessed overdraft charges to my account. Again I got the same explanation and no real help. I requested to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold and told there was no supervisor available. This is unacceptable practice to Preauthorize/authorize someone's debit/credit card for the initial charge and then go back and charge them partial payments again. I only authorized them to preauthorize/charge/debit the account for $167.11 and that all the money they should have had access to in the account period. I feel by authorizing any additional transactions they are actually fraudulently debiting my account for more money than they were authorized to take. At best it is shady and tying up money in my account that was needed to pay out other transactions.

I simply want the overdraft fees, an apology letter and any non-authorized debits/money returned to me promptly! I did not get the two overdraft charges but they did rebate my order for 40 bucks... no apology letter.

Will NEVER do business with this company again and you should beware! There is no option to rate with NO stars but that is what the true rating should be... too low to even rate!

AND after all of the financial mess they caused a few days later when the 2nd part of my shipment arrived, a fender, it was dented/damaged.... they did give me a full refund for the part and shipping because they do not have another in stock.
