"It was easy to find, purchase and install the exact replacement mirror we needed, however, when we hit a bump or even curb into a driveway, the mirror falls out of position. It won't look as nice with the gorilla tape I'll have to secure it with."
"The side mirror I ordered was the cheapest I found, and now I know why. It giggles while driving and the mirror surface looks like a circus mirror, lots of distortion. When I tried to exchange it, the web site only provided for a return, which I assumed meant I would have to return the one I had, wait for another to arrive, which most likely would have had the same problems, and I'd be with out a mirror for another week.

When it arrived I was a bit concerned that the package was absolutely destroyed, but I cannot hold DBP responsible, they simply sent it in the original manufacturer's packaging. "Soooo I put this mirror on my car after a guy on a motorcycle knocked it off! It's been on for about a week I took it through the car wash and we've had some dramatic heat out here nothing seems to be bothering the physical attributes of it.. it was easy enough to put on, only thing was for the attached bolts on the mirror itself, no nuts came with it so I had to screw my old one back on.. I only complain about that because my old ones are a little stripped. Other than that it was pretty legit."

"After receiving a light for the wrong side of the vehicle, I contacted customer service. They did offer to allow me to return the incorrect part at my expense and restocking fee. Then they said the correct part (same light opposite side) was twice the cost of the one I had purchased. The representative was very crass and unhelpful. I would not purchase any parts from this vendor again."
