"This Company has greatly disappointed me. I ordered a part on the 22nd, paid for 2day air shipping. I am writing this on the 31st and they haven't even managed to have it leave their warehouse yet! the part is in stock. They did not even generate a shipping label until the 28th, I contacted Fed Ex with tracking number and the physical package has not even left the warehouse yet. IF YOU NEED A PART FAST...DON'T ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!! When you contact customer service... they just say they are going to send a email to the warehouse... that is just code for "Too bad your tough out of luck" I sit here typing this in stead of fixing the vehicle I am suppose to be fixing... waiting on a part I ordered 9 days ago and paid 2 day air."
