"Ordered a 2001 Subaru Impreza RS hood and was sent a 2008 Forester hood instead. When I called customer service it sounded like they knowingly sent the wrong part and would not offer a return because I called outside their 30 day window. I was told to sell it on ebay instead."

Evidently, the item was not in stock, and they said they tried to call me, but their number has been blacklisted in my robocaller app. They did not email me at all to tell me it was out of stock, which should have been their first action if the phone call wouldn't have gone through. Instead they simply canceled the order and did nothing. I wrote to complain that the order hadn't shipped, it was canceled, and I was now two days without an air conditioner in 98° heat. They said they tried to call, but did nothing more, which really **** me off since I then had to find another supplier and wait another 2 days. Would recommend they revamp their customer contact system, because sometimes these orders are really important. 2/5 stars, will not use again."

I called them several times and they assured me it would be delivered THAT day. To my astonishment , it was delivered at 9PM. It was much later than I thought, but it was on the day they said. The part was a perfect fit for our Tahoe and I am so pleased!"
