"I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a 97 van so I bought the economy bumper. Shipment was prompt and I took the bumper and reinforcement brace to a shop to be assembled. The holes did not match up and it took considerable time drilling and grinding to get it to fit. The tabs on the OE plastic bumper cover also did not fit the holes in the bumper. I haven't had it long enough to know if the road salt that is used in PA to treat icy roads in the winter will cause rusting, but I'm not optimistic. Time will tell."
