"I had ordered a tail light for a 2004 Ford Work Truck. The picture i on the website was exactly what I needed. The light I got was not the same as the picture. I called and got RMA to return the part and that I was responsible for the return shipping. I think because they sent the wrong part they should pay shipping. I will pay it but I went to another site to order the replacement."
"The prices were great but when purchasing like parts (right hand/left hand) of the same type part it gets sourced out of different locations or warehouses. I am still waiting on a fender liner (left hand) since they did not have one available in the warehouse the right hand one was in so I missed getting the part delivered in time for my sons birthday. I also raised questions asking for info and did not hear back from the company for days. One other item to note called customer service which is out of the Philippines and ask to speak to their corporate office. They refused to provide a number and then passed me on to a different rep who was supposedly in the corporate office that turned out to be in the same customer service office in the Philippine. Finally gave up and hung up. I don't trust a corporation or company that will not allow you to speak to the corporate office, tells me they don't care to listen to their customers."
