"Received wrong part. Had to argue with rep on phone about shipping charges for the return. After agreeing to pay for return charges they decided they did not want the part back and issued me a refund for the part minus what I paid for shipping. Horrible experience had to delay putting car in shop because I don't have the necessary part."

"I ordered a part that had a small plastic piece on the side used to hold it in place. The first part I got that piece was broken off and not inside package at all. I called and had them pull up the picture to explain what piece was broken and that it was shipped that way because the part was not inside the bag at all. I did suggest they send fragile parts like this in a box. They immediately reshipped my part without hesitation or question and I got the correct part, all pieces in place. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they reshipped the part again in a manila type envelope and it could have easily been broken in shipment. Otherwise I was quite pleased with the price, their response to my problem and overall experience."

"Purchased a replacement power fold/heated mirror for a 2013 Ford F150. Mirror arrived in the manufacturer's box which the mirror did not fully fit into (the box was bulging because the mirror is two big for the box.) That's it - shipped in the box that was barely the right fit. Additionally, the box had no packing protection! There was a foam sheet that the mirror was inside of and a single piece of foam at the bottom to (try) and keep the mirror from resting on its side.
The mirror itself looked great cosmetically. The fitting into the door wasn't an absolute 100% perfect fit into the door holes and the mirror doesn't have the same clips on the bolts that the Ford OEM product has to keep the mirror aligned and snug properly (but it didn't seem to be a functional requirement - just a fitting issue.) So, I moved past that.

Once the mirror was installed and all switches connected back up I ran through the mirror reset function that's on an instruction card with the mirror. Well, that went about as well as you would have expected. The mirror (sort of) moved into the out position and (sort of) moved back into the closed position (never really reaching full open or closed) before it just decided not to move at all. Meanwhile, the passenger side mirror was opening and closing perfectly and with full power. The replacement mirror must have had a weak/bad motor because it would barely move.

So, I pull the replacement mirror off and put the original mirror back on for a test and it worked perfectly every time. I put the replacement mirror back on, ran it a few times (per instructions) and this time it barely open and closed (again.) However, this time after 3 cycles NEITHER mirror (driver or passenger) would work. I was thinking it might be a bad switch at this point. To test, I took the replacement mirror off and the put the original Ford mirror back on and everything worked perfectly again. I even ordered a replacement switch (FORD authentic part) and popped it in and it made zero different with the replacement mirror.

So, in summary, either the replacement mirror I received was just luck of the draw defective or these mirrors are just crap. I am hesitant to order a replacement for the replacement because I feel like it would just be a repeat of the previous mirror."

"Bought parts from them. Sent the parts to my son in another state. Parts did not suit needs. Received RMA# and shipping label from this company to use FedEx. Son took parts to FedEx but shipping label wouldn't work. Called company for shipping address and mailed package and now months later, no credit. My son and I have gone back and forth for weeks between this company and FedEx to try and get credit but to avail. One says this, the other says that. I say I'm out of a $100. Will never use this company again and I advise the same for everyone else. "

"It states online that it was all 4 struts completely assembled. Upon opening the box my mechanic relayed to me that only the rear struts were completely assembled and the front struts were not. I had to go out and purchase the extra parts which cost me and additional $150 dollars. Not a happy customer and I will not be purchasing from this retailer again."
