"Ordered bumber online, description said with brackets. Great I needed them too. It mentioned nothing else. So I called and asked about the mounting hardware, the first person told me they were not included and to just reuse the old bolts! ( 2002 dodge truck in Ohio, let’s say a bit of rust ). She then told me there are no brackets included either. Even though the description said they were. She finally transferred me to the “parts manager”. I doubt it! He agreed , no mounting hardware. Ugh spent days looking for specific bolts and nuts for mounting the bumper. When the package arrived at my house, it included: bumper, brackets, mounting nuts and bolts , new license plate mounting hardware and lights. Great parts, not so great customer service. "

"This is my story after searching on the internet 4 body parts I found discount body parts for the fender at half the cost for the other ones since it was so low I went ahead and purchase other parts as well. This is where it starts to feel like a catch or a scam. The first off I have been in a mechanic field for over 25 years. So I know what I'm doing I punched in the car vehicle information they told me it was going to give me a great deal on front fender so went ahead and ordered bumper cover and I corner light at regular prices. I double checked my year make and model but when I received the parts at home in the mail Weeks Later. All the parts that are correct other than the front fender at such a low price that I decided to purchase all these parts because of turned out to be the wrong one. When I called to inform them about it they told me their computer systems were down and do not call them and they would call me back. Surprise surprise you never called! After giving them a few days I called them again I found out they gave me a 1999 Toyota Sienna front fender. After calling them a third time. They said their return Department would call me and not to call them. Again surprise surprise they did not call!! What you up to then I have to take the fender Grant to a delivery place they quoted me $120 to deliver it back for them. So after paying the $39 for the fender plus shipping it would actually cost more to send it back. I know I double and triple check to make sure that the information was given out correctly they sent me the wrong fender. Not just that I found out in the small print that if I do not get the fender back within 30 days I buy it anyways so now I'm stuck with the fender. That they received out of my pocket extra income of$150 including the shipping. Forget you Discount body Parts. I would never go to and I warn anyone else do not order anything with them.."
