"Nutshell- I had problems getting the correct part , that was an issue itself. However, my main issue is delivery time The order took over a week transit from Virginia to Florida and I was advised it would be 3-5 days. I was sold on the 3 days estimated by their representative. I ordered on a Tuesday and the part didn't arrive until Saturday, not the upcoming Saturday no, not until the following Saturday, 11 days is way too long. I should have ordered locally for the part. Lesson learned - and as for the customer service plenty of apologies but no action on either issues. "
