"Well, the crew at discount shipped all items as needed. In the time frame they gave upon my ordering. Unfortunately the last item to arrive was a fuel pump and sending unit that did not fit the opening in my tank, to small...wrong part. So ill have to spend another $ 9.00 to send it back. I think my car has 3 ? Model no's ? They should have caught that as would a clerk at autozone and tryed contacting me before sending. Other than that...good job."

"Customer service contacted me to help me correct a mistake I made. Contrast that with EBay customer service. There is no customer service at eBay. It's primitive talking on the phone for 2 hours with 4 service representatives in India if you have a problem with EBay. When I received the correct mirror, I noticed a UPS return slip all ready if I would need it. Mirror was a perfect fit. Price was excellent. Shipping was fairly fast. I will be back fir more parts from this company. "
"I thought I read that once you ordered there would be a once day turn over on the order going out, if it was placed on a Friday it would go out on Monday, which mine was. My order did not go out until Thursday!!! Very unhappy! Then the part skipped around the state instead of coming here to the proper post office! So when I could of had the part in before the first snowstorm, that was not the case! "
"After I realized I left my purse at home, I raced back after day care drop off. I knew I parked off-centered in my garage, but I was not paying close attention. As I backed out, I hit my mirror against the side of the garage....the day I was test driving another car! I called a friend who owns a mechanic shop. They said it would be $200-500 depending on if they could find a mirror at the junk yard. My husband found this site, and I was able to get the physics teacher ( former mechanic and mechanical engineer) to put the mirror on for $50! So, overall, the cost was about $130 and the service was TOP NOTCH from Discount Body Parts! I hope I don't have to use you again, but if I can't keep the garage in check, I will be back!"
