Called them on Tuesday as they have a 30 day return policy and NO-HASSLE returns - Worry Free Shopping, yada, yada, yada. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. A Supervisor could not rectify the matter. They wanted me to buy another driver side marker to the tune of $15.92 + shipping & handling & eat the expense of the one I received which was priced at $9.66 + shipping $8.94 + handling $2.15 = $20.75. They no longer have in stock the original one I ordered & have replaced it with another brand which is $6.26 more just for the part & then there is he s&h fees. Finally I told the Manager that I would take the matter up with my credit card company. I'll pay double for the piece just not to do any business with this place again. "
