" HORRIBLE! Ordered a tail light on Friday. By the following Thursday I had not received my light. I called Discount Car Lights only to be told that they did not have my part but then all of a sudden she found one just then in some random warehouse but it had not shipped yet. I told her since it had not shipped and I had not been billed that I wanted to cancel my order. She then said something funny. She could not guarantee my cancellation! No charge+ No shipment= No transaction! However this little princess told me that it still may get shipped, I still would get charged, then I would have to ship it back at my expense then they would credit back some of my money!!! As if to punish me for their inability to ship a product in the time frame they offered. Unreal! I will never use them and I hope anyone reading this never will either. This is not a good company and I should know. I run two different companies dealing with customers nationwide and I NEVER treat a customer this way. I have already ordered a light through Amazon. It will be here tomorrow and it was more expensive....2 bucks more! Should have used them first."
