"I ordered the incorrect part (Purchased a low beam headlamp set but needed the HID version) and overall the experience was absolutely horrific. Long story short, it took 1 hour to transact 2 things: 1. Return 2. Identifying the correct part that I needed (BTW I Still have identified this and will have to still do this.)

The return took much longer than I had preferred but the real frustration was with the customer service rep in helping to identify the correct part for me. The main issue was that she kept telling me to input a part number that didn't exist in my end (User interface on www.discountcarlights.com) but whenever I input any of the product numbers, it would yield no results. When I kept doing this with her, she kept telling me that I was wrong and that I was either inputting it wrong or simply not understanding. The thing is, most likely the part number she was giving me was exclusively an internal part number as referenced by employees only. Typing in the part #s she gave me kept yielding no results. We kept on with this charade for 40 min as I grew more and more frustrated. What made it worse was doing this transaction at work while my own employees were needing my attention while your customer service rep tried to figure things out. At the end of that phone call, enough was enough and I had to get back to work.

Bottom line, I still don't have my part. I still have to return the original wrong part back to you guys and still need to identify the CORRECT PART. Hopefully I can identify it because there's no way Im gonna ask your customer service ANYTHING about ANYTHING. Let's hope I find the right part because if I have to go through another return and search, Ill just freak out having to deal with you guys again. All in all, it pays to have customer service that are true EXPERTS in the product category you are specializing in (CAR LIGHTS) because clearly outsourcing this function to reps in the Philippines as your customer service made my experience absolutely horrible (and guess what, I'm FILIPINO!) Not trying to mince words here but they were inept at handling this. But don't take my word for it....review the call I made to your customer service rep on this and hear for yourself what I went through. Thanks
