"Your company put a hold on my money for the product I ordered knowing all along you didn't have the product in stock. WHY? I call the customer rep. as told in your follow up email-to have them tell me they haven't had a restock in 6 months on that product. WHY did you have it available for purchase if you knew it wasn't? Of course they suggested a more expensive replacement, but with the hold on my account I couldn't re-ordered if I wanted to. VERY FRUSTRATING when your limited on cash and need the part. If the hold hadn't been placed I might have considered the new offer. I have since ordered the product from a different venue. With this practice in your company-I'm not as likely to order from you again. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to clue you in to your processing methods. "
