"Their company logo needs to be "We may be expensive, but we're slow". I do not understand how Amazon can ship things immediately and we have them in 2-3 days, but DC takes on average 3 weeks. Their website says they're quick, but that is not the truth. IF they have the item in stock (which is uncommon), they average 10-14 days to pack it up for shipping; THEN they must ship it by turtle as it takes another 10-14 days to arrive. I realize that the quality of service usually goes down once someone has landed large business contract, but as the equipment coordinator for 2 counties from a major corporation, I can assure you that we need the cell phone cases and earbuds QUICKLY.
We ordered about 80 phone cases several months ago. They were marketed as "military grade", they literally fell apart on the phones with normal daily use. it was a very expensive lesson.
But, our most recent case:
I placed an order on 8/5/21 for EIGHT (yes, only 8) wireless earbuds (4 iFrogz, 4 Magbuds) today is 8/25/21, I called to see what is happening with our order as nothing has arrived and the Magbuds now show no longer available on their website. My call was answered quickly and I explained who I was and that I was enquiring about the delay in my order and lack of communication. The man who answered my call placed me on hold to check the status of my order (tinny classical music is the worst)... when he returned he stated that the iFrogz were on backorder and they didn't expect them in before the 30th but that date was more of an approximate date. But if I would like, he would go ahead and ship the Magbuds separately.
Seriously? I placed this order TWENTY days ago! Why wouldn't they have shipped them out already?
So I mentioned the "no longer available" message on the website and he tells me that my order would have been pulled and they would still be in the back, placed me on hold AGAIN so he could check that portion of the order. Because apparently he can only check one item at a time. He returns with an "Oh, you're right. We don't have 4 of those here".
At this point, I cancelled the order. We have workers in the field who need proper equipment and we cannot leave them hanging out there another 4-6 weeks or whenever DC decides to get their schtick together.
I don't know WHO is in charge of making these contractual agreements , but Discount Cell was an epic mistake."

I ordered this Otterbox case on the 16th of Feb. in which they state will leave the warehouse in 2-3 days. So here we are 11 days later & I decide to call them.
They tell me that this morning (really?) Their supplier called & said they were out of that color & only had black.
She said I could buy it in black. I asked if they would waive shipping or do anything for me for the iconvienence of ME having to contact them & do their job for them.
NOPE! Nothing. No thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

"Items are constantly on backorder. You cannot get ahold of customer service to save your life. They do not answer e-mails or telephone calls. If you need something right away, you're better off paying the full price at a local store, rather than waiting for these guys to ship it out, because IT WON'T HAPPEN.
