It was the best price around by far, easily beating my local store remanufactured unit cost, and on top of that is was brand new, with no core charge.

"It was just what I needed all of the parts were just as described. New and packed in a kit fit just like it was supposed to. All shiped at one time in one box.. Thought parts were missing called and the customer service the rep was more than courteous said if I did not find them after checking the box again they would get them shipped right out to me but it was my mistake the parts were there I just over looked them. The price was cheep could not finde a better deal any place else and I looked around alot before buying. Will use them again and recomend to all my friends looking for AC parts.. "The AC compressor in my car leaked and the clutch wasn't in good shape. Instead of rebuilding it, I opted to buy a Reman. unit from DiscountCompressor. About a day later they called and essentially tried to up-sell me on a new unit. I have to admit, the price he gave was good and it also came with a year warranty so I took it.

Received the item at my door less then a week later. It came with two new manifold o-rings and an instruction sheet for the less informed.

Installed it, and have had it on my car for about a week now. There have been no problems with it so far. Air is ice cold, compressor is quiet and starts when called.
