"I placed my order on 8-23, estimated shipping was 8-29 to 8-30. So I ordered expedited shipping since I was leaving for a trip on 8-31. I waited until 8-31 (the day I was leaving) to e-mail and request explanation of why my order had not been shipped yet.... even after checking online to track it with USPS. They say it "shipped" on 8-29-18. I emailed and complained since I specifically ordered expedited shipping for a reason and I was told that they have no control over when it gets shipped from the manufacturer but that I could change my shipping address to receive it....but isn't that what I bought this expedited shipping for?! I waited almost 2 more weeks until I'd had enough. I e-mailed again expressing my displeasure with the service and the fact that I still had not received my shipment. Magically, they admit something had gone wrong...and that they would offer an overnight shipment free of charge but that they prefer I call for immediate attention. I called today, and talked to a rude representative, Robin, who tried telling me that my order had been shipped and there's nothing they can do( without even looking at my account). I told her the representative, Odessa, via email, had told me otherwise. Then she put me on hold for way too long to figure out what I had been told before and to look at the notes on the account... magically within the hour I received an email from them telling me they refunded my money. I have done nothing but go around and around with this company and I have made it clear that I will be reporting them. They are absolutely running a scam and I believe everyone should know about it. I'm thankful to have my money refunded so I can take my business elsewhere. These people are SCAM ARTISTS. The office sounded like someone's living room...I could hear someone else's conversation LOUDLY in my conversation... STAY AWAY!"
"I am a 1st time customer and I ordered my contacts acuvue oasys for astigmatism ( 6 pack) on Tuesday after 8pm. I did 4 boxes for each eye. A one year supply. The website is fairly easy to use except for when you have a promo code to use for a discount. In the process of checking out I thought there would be a place for the promo code but there never was. As I clicked through each page it finalized my sale without ever asking for any promo codes. Sent an email immediately to them letting them know what happened and they quickly corrected the issue and let me know that in the future to put all promo codes in the comment section of my order. And then they sent me my updated receipt with coupon code applied. Next I was surprised to receive an email 1st thing Wednesday morning that my contacts were in stock. About an hour later I received another email telling me my contacts were ready to be shipped and I did standard shipping 5-7 days. So I figured I would get them Tues or Weds of next week. Later that afternoon I received my email with tracking info that stated I would have my contacts by Saturday at 8pm. Today is Friday and I received my contacts before noon. So less than 72 hours after I placed my order I received my order. I mention this because a previous experience with a different company made me wait 3 weeks for my order. I am so totally impressed with the speed or service and the order is 100 percent correct. And I saved over 100.00 by switching from the previous company. And how quickly they process was amazing. They won my service to return when I need a refill of my scrip."

Magically after this email, the next morning they had heard back from my doctor. However, for some unknown reason, they now needed me to Paypal them $46 extra to send me my order. Requested cancel and refund. I’m not sure what kind of scam they are running, but I do not recommend ordering from them. "

I needed Avaira Vitality lens, and my optometrist was going to charge me $400+ for 12 boxes, which would be a 1.5 year supply (I tend to misplace my lens all the time, so always try to get more than a year's supply). I was really surprised with Discount Contact Lens. I did some research, and was going to purchase my pair from Lens.com, Coastal, or Contact King, but Discount Contact Lens was by far the cheapest, only at $200 for 12 boxes, half the price I would have gotten at my optometrist's office. Even looking at the website made me uneasy because it seemed too good to be true. However, being a college graduate, I have limited income and decided to bite the bullet. I ordered from discountcontactlenses.com on March 1, 2016 and hoped that my contacts would be here in time because I am going to be a bridesmaid in just two weeks and my current contacts were already a week past the recommended wear time. I emailed my prescription in and the order was processed on the same day! They then shipped my contacts on March 3, and I received my new set yesterday on March 7, 2016. I can't believe how fast the order was processed, completed, and shipped! They got here even faster than my glasses, which are still processing at my eye doctor's. You're a business that sells internationally - I needed assistance to sort my payment details and as a business you were unable to simplify that process for me. Not only is their customer service excellent, but their price on Dailies Aqua Comfort Plus by Alcon, was one of the lowest I could find. There is no shipping fee and I received my contacts less than 1 week after I placed my order. I would have received them sooner, but I did not fax in my prescription and they had to contact my doctor's office first. This took a day or so, but I was still impressed with how quickly they processed my order.
