"I bought a watch from the company. They only accepted paypal. Although the watch was about $90 with no tax and no shipping, I was charged $103 with no explanation. The watch was shipped to my city, and delivered somewhere. I contacted the company several times asking about the extra charge, asking for a tracking number and not getting the watch, but I never heard back. Paypal refused to refund my money, but did provide a tracking number. It turns out the tracking number *was* for my city, but for a different street, and shipped to a different name.

Combining the incorrect overcharge, zero communication, shipping to a wrong address and a wrong name cannot be attributed to honest mistakes. I consider this fraudulent activity. I would give a rating of 0 stars if possible."
