"I recently made a few orders on the phone. A lady named Denise helped me out. She was very friendly and determined to find me exactly what I wanted. She even called me back a few minutes later with more information. I was quoted fantastic prices. I'll definitely order like that again. "
"I ordered a gun from them that was scare and in short supply. They had the gun "in stock". I've purchased over a dozen guns over the internet in the past 3-4 years, NOBODY took longer than 2-3 days to ship. After a week of not receiving a ship notice from them I TRIED to contact them. After several days of phone tag, I finally got someone who would talk about the order...it was going to ship "in a day or two". It took a full 2 weeks. When I received the gun it was very dusty, I mean VERY dusty, otherwise it seemed ok. But something seemed off. So I searched around and finally found one locally. I went to see it...it wasn't the same! The serial numbers were more than 2,000 apart, this for a gun that hadn't reached 12,000 units yet. After some investigation I discovered that they'd sent me an earlier model that was >1 year old and had obviously either been a display model or leftover stock (hence the layer of dust). There had been multiple improvements in the new model which I had based my buying decision on...obviously I didn't benefit from those upgrades. Subsequent contact with them proved fruitless. I've never dealt with any company that didn't disclose an item as a "display" model or a previous version. Just stay away from these "people". "

"Everything I wanted was IN STOCK! The staff called me to verify the FFL BEFORE they shipped my gun. I picked my new gun up at the FFL the same day my ammo arrived at home. Too Easy!"
"Ordered a gun and agreed to pick it up at a Walmart that it turns out they don't work with. Because I can't walk for 14 hours to a place they can work with the order had to be canceled and they charged me for them not having correct knowledge of who they work with available."
"What DEGuns represents is NOT what most folks want to be associated with or do business with. They are only looking for profit. They have absolutely no concept of “customer service”…NONE. I recently had an experience with them where I took a gun to be checked for safety, was told it was safe only to have it blow off the end. When I took it back in “David” blamed me for leaving it with the wrong person at DEGuns. I was told I should have checked his age and certification despite him working there and being directed to him in the shop. He was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and basically called me an idiot for leaving it with the person behind the counter.
I have NEVER encountered such treatment to a customer before. I audio taped the entire conversation and am sharing it with the gun companies that he trashed and I do business with. I also shared the audio recording with a few friends and business associates. One of them told me about an article in the local newspaper https://journalstar.com/news/state-and-regional/federal-politics/lincoln-gun-shop-employee-s-white-supremacist-ties-prompt-firearms/article_f1700504-f569-56a2-931a-3234f818b8df.html
You may want to read this before doing business with them as this is the same individual from the article and he is still the “head guy” as he told me. If you do a little research, they have had many complaints and many quite serious. If you do look at their “ratings” you REALLY need to look at the complaints and the owner goes on review sites and leaves feedback. It just “stinks” folks, see for yourself, don’t take my word for it.
DO YOUR RESEARCH before doing business with these guys and even if they have great prices, is it worth it to save a few dollars???? Do you want to support people like this? They give us pro 2A supporters a bad name.

"The title of my review was in an email that they blasted out...so I looked online and found cheaper and responded to their email and simply said "I’m curious....your email below says “Cheapest 9mm anywhere!” Will you stand behind that and price match?". They responded "This is a one-day sale event. $8.99 per box", which clearly doesn't answer my question...imagine that...So I responded and said "That really didn’t answer my question on whether you would stand behind “cheapest 9mm anywhere!” I have found 9mm cheaper online and want to see if you will price match what I found online. I can send a screenshot and link to the cheaper ammo." They replied "We are only able to sell at the listed sale price - which is already very low. We do not price match on ammo. Sorry for any inconvenience." Clearly they didn't read the book on how not to advertise something you cant deliver on...what a bunch of numb knuckles..."
"Great selection and could "
"They don’t care about their customers at all. They only care about making money. I would rather shop somewhere that takes care of their customers. "
"I ordered a firearm from Deguns, for the first time. I ordered ammo, to get free shipping. I received an email, the next day, saying they couldn't mail a firearm and ammo in the same package, so, I would have to pay shipping on each. They gave me the option of calling and changing my order. I did this, and, placed an order for magazines, rather than ammo. Somehow, I received the wrong magazines (whether my lack of clarity or their mistake in placing the order, I don't know, and it doesn't matter.) I didn't go to the range until 14 days after their return period, so, although the magazines were unused and still in their original packaging, they refused to return the items, even though I simply wanted the correct magazines, and, I offered to pay all shipping. I am a firearm and concealed carry instructor, and, I will never do business with them again, nor recommend them to my firearm students."
"I took my brand new, never fired Thompson Center 22-250 to DE Guns to have the barrel threaded for a silencer. When I picked up the gun I could not thread my thread protector on the gun. I went back and brought with me one of my suppressor adapters. DE Guns was also unable to to thread anything onto the gun. They then told me that the suppressor adapter had damaged the threading on the gun (even though that adapter had never been on the gun until DE Guns tried to put it on). They offered to fix it all for free. When I returned, the head gunsmith and store manager, Dave, had “fixed” it by removing 3/8 of the threads from both my barrel and the adapter. The threads are shark fin shaped and are asymmetrical. He offered to shorten my barrel and try again. I tried to call the owners multiple times and went to the store on several occasions to talk with them but every time they were unavailable and did not return my phone calls. I showed the gun to other local gunsmiths to find out what it will cost me to properly fix the gun and they were shocked by what DE Guns considered “quality custom threads”. I have been a customer since they were at their first store and I will never do business with DE Guns again."
"Thanks for the big **** scratch on the case for my new gun. Hope i did not buy a second rate pistol but the scratch makes me think that it is. called service and they could not even find my order. not shopping here again."
"Baught a $1700 pistol and i cant believe they shipped it! Trigger gaurd has 4 significant scratches and grip safety scratched up too. 1 scratch is something but this is beyond selling full price. They say no returns. I say you lied when selling a blimished gun to a unsuspecting buyer. I trusted you giys to sell me a new looking gun after all thats what was advertised. Apparently the cheap prices are do to selling flawed merchandise. I will never do buisness with DEGUNS.NET again. All the good customer service for damaged stuff. What a bunch of losers."
"Poor customer service. DE Guns fired at least 13 people since January of this year. Pretty hard to work for a company that has a boss that screams like a maniac, one day he says he is going to double our salary, the next day he is a screaming idiot.
People wonder why there are so many new people on the cash registers and sales floor, I was fired for a complete fabricated BS Story. I won two guns, and won the Springfield Sales Gun but never received it, and the lies go on and on with Derek and DE Guns. If you think I am lying, ask, John, Bill, Josh, Chris, Patty, Kevin, Julie, Devon, Matt, Randy, Ransom, myself, Byron and I am sure I missed one or two. I wonder what the unemployment office is thinking about so many people getting fired from DE Guns in 5 months. Pretty poor place to work.
and others that are soon to quit or get fired. Remember if there is internal strife, how are you being treated as a customer near or far? Think about that. Derek might have lied to Unemployment to get some or most all of us not to get our benefits, but it will come out in the end."
"I ordered Friday afternoon, shipped same day, being delivered Monday. You can't do any better than that."
