"Discount Leather Chair is good to buy from when you are making a large order of eight sections of leather furniture. However, once the big sale has been made, they do not want to have anything to do with you. I ordered and received in good condition 8 sections of furniture. I did not realize that I did not have enough curve until I saw it all assembled. I have been trying to order a single 45° angle section for weeks. Most of the time they do not answer the phone. when I leave a message and they know it is me and what I want, they never retain my call. When Bob does answer the phone he tells me that he will check on something and call me back right away. He never calls back. So if you want good furniture at a reasonable price Discount Leather Chair is an OK place to buy. If you want ANY customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

" I purchased a southern motion 838 Avalon/Addison couch and loveseat (04/14/2015). I noticed in Jan of 2017 The vinyl on the sides of the cushions were splitting I had it repaired by their wty. They put a colored epoxy on it. It is now August of 2017 and all the cushions are spitting terrible on the sides of the couch cushions. I placed a service call through the website of uniters and received no call. I tried to get back into the website after three weeks and couldn't. I ended up talking with a person only to have them tell me because I was honest and let them previously know that 3 weeks before that my complaint online didn't go through the said I no longer am eligible for the wty. I did not report the damage within a timeframe. The leather is great on the sofas but the vinyl is garbage. It does not hold up. I know have a sofa and loveseat that both look like trash."

"After much research we went with Discount Leather. We ordered a Dazzle top leather sectional with electric recliners from Souther Motion (USA Made). From the first call (3/31/17) until months later "Bob" was very professional, answered all our questions & gave us the best price. It took about 8 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. Bob would call and let us know when the furniture was finished and when it would be shipped to a local shipper. At delivery (6/1/17) there was some damage by the local shipper. A call to Bob and a few photos and the repairs were made by a restoration professional that did a great job. Bob would always followup with a call to see if we were pleased. "I researched and researched leather reclining couches last year before ordering our Southern Motion Pandora electronic loveseat and couch from Bob with Discount Leather Chair. It's always a big unknown purchasing furniture over the internet--will the couch be comfortable? Is the leather good quality? Bob spent many phone calls with my husband and me answering all our questions and giving us helpful advice. We have now had these couches for 11 months and we are still thrilled with them. They are used almost 24/7 with some family member either sitting or sleeping on these couches, and they still look great. American made, real leather--not bonded--complete win/win for our family. When the couches arrived, there was a tear in one of the back panels of the couch. I called Bob and a new leather sheet was shipped out, and a few days later, a repairman arrived and fixed the panel perfectly. "I ordered a sofa set 3 years ago and from everything I read and was told by your customer service, bonded leather was more durable than real leather....my couches are literally falling apart. Bits and pieces of it come with me every time I stand up now. I spend a little time on the couch, but work a 40 hour a week job and for this couch to fall apart after 2.8 years is just sad. The rest of the couch seems to be in perfect order, but if this is what bonded leather is, they shouldn't be selling it. "I first saw these chairs at a furniture store and liked them a lot , but were told it would take 4 weeks to order and deliver for $669.00 + tax. I had a need to have them sooner so I searched on line for options. I checked out , Discount Leather Chairs, and found what I was looking for, and the chairs were cheaper also $569.00 no tax, and free shipping.

I ordered two, 7440 BenchMaster Milano Recliner and Ottoman, from Discount Leather Chair, on line Sunday night. I had a question about shipping, waited till Monday to call and talked with Bob. Very personable and helpful with no sales pressure. I received both chairs Wednesday afternoon and opened and inspected the chairs. Though these chairs are made in China, they are quality built and packaged. You do have some assembly to put together, all allen screws and tools are included. but even a 60 year Grandpa can do it :-)!

I spoke to Bob Wheelan who took the order over the phone. Nice guy to speak to, no hard sale tactics.
I ordered the Southern Motion Shazam/Sonoma sofa and recliner in graphite leather. It looks even better than the pictures on the website, I absolutely love it. I also love the fact it is made in the USA!
The order took about 2 weeks longer than what was given but it was worth the wait, especially knowing this is made to order.

"I am very happy that I did business with Discount Leather Chair and Bob Wheelan. At first I was a little skeptical about buying a whole living room set on line, at the opposite end of the U.S. But it turned out well. Saved so much money. Don't know if I would have done it had I not been able to see this sectional and fabric, in person at a local store, though. Delivery took 7 weeks, versus the 4-5 promised. However, I did order a week before Thanksgiving. I could see how the holidays and the now recovering economy might have played a role. Southern Motion furniture is good stuff."

"I'm very happy with my Palliser Hiland home theater chair I purchased from Discount Leather Chair (DLC).
After spending weeks in pursuit of a really good home theater chair, I finally ordered online at DLC, about an hour after I placed the order I got a call from Bob. I originally placed an order for a Palliser Camio, but after speaking to Bob, I changed my order to a chair better suited for my needs, so I ordered a Palliser Hiland after speaking with Bob, who's a helluva nice guy and knows his chairs.

These custom made chairs take a few weeks to be built and then delivered, but they are worth the wait. Bob was such a big help, I actually was surprised how helpful he was pre sale and post sale. He also made sure the white glove delivery went smooth and arrived to me in a timely manner.
