"I ordered a leather jacket from them, as it was cheap and they had my specific size. I placed the order and received two emails. One of the emails linked to a site different than theirs...discountleather.net... a typo. Already this indicates their way of working. Two weeks later, I called once, left a message, no answer. A couple of days later, I called , left another message. Next day, the owner emails to indicate he just received the message and that he does not have my order available and that he is proceeding to cancel my order.
Its amazing, if I hadn't called, he would have just let the order stand there.
He is listed high on Google, and what I am finding is that a high COMMERCIAL listing on Google does not mean much.

There must be something we can do to keep people like this from easily being able to conduct business. Reseller ratings is one of the tools to keep consumers aware.
