"Ordered product using discount code supplied. Order was confirmed, then I received an email invoice for the amount of discount from code. Paid invoice because I want product. Invoice paid on July 27. Still have not received product. Will not buy from them again. "
"I ordered the Level 05 CBD Pain Relief Ointment. Upon logging into to website, it said there was a promo code for new customers. Since this was my first time ordering, I added the promo code and it was accepted. I completed my transaction online and received a confirmation email. Two days later, I received an email with an invoice for $9, which was the new customer discount. They apologized and said that since the ointment was previously discounted, they could not apply any further discounts. If this was their policy, why was the promo code accepted and applied. Other shopping websites that offer promo codes that may not be applicable, will not accept them if you try to type it in. I called and the representative who I spoke to was very understanding and said she would talk to her boss and call me back. She did call back and said her boss would have someone look into changing the website. Unfortunately my choices were to pay the invoice or cancel the order. I canceled. This was very poor business management and not the way to go about getting new customers. I gave one star for the representative who was very sweet and tried to help.
