"After receiving a radio from their Ebay store, the touch screen was not functioning like it should. I requested a return and was promptly given a return label. I called OEM Radios at least a dozen times and left a message. I wanted to work out an exchange. No one ever returned my calls. I bought somewhere else. My refund was short $40.00. I would not do business with them again. I do not understand why Ebay has them as a customer"
"These guys are as brainless as they are dishonest. They tell you that a unit is fully functional when the cassette or CD player isn't working. If you complain to ebay, they'll have your comment removed within the hour. There is nothing these people won't try to get their hands on your money."

"Excellent experience. My replacement radio/cd for my Jeep arrived in 3 days by priority mail. Shipping was free. It was exactly what I ordered and in great shape for a used part. I connected the radio and phoned my dealer for the security code and presto ! It works perfectly! I had previously gotten an estimate of $200-350 to replace and install a new one or $150 to repair the old one. Did it all myself for $20.79 and YouTube! Thank you OEM !

Purchased a RHB 430N Mopar unit for my 2014 Challenger on 4/4/18 from them on eBay. Unit died and is out of their 30 day warranty that they provide. Wrote to them twice but, never received a response. I was inquiring if they repair what they sell, which would be at my expense. Found their contact phone number and did receive an answer. No, if the unit is out of the warranty period. Very poor business practice of having almost no customer service."
"Brittany was top notch! I had no idea where to begin when my radio had no sound. I bought a radio to replace it, but still had no sound. I thought it was defective so I called and she explained with my sound system, the issue was probably my amp. She told me how to locate the amp and get the model#, luckily they had one available. So, I returned the radio and they shipped me the amp. Perfect! Now everything works and I didn't even know I had a factory amp! Thanks!"
"This company is the worst, they sell junk that doesn't work. The customer service is horrible and they have a list of rules that you'll need a lawyer for. The experience was bad. Never again I would suggest that you buy something new from somewhere else. They are liars and pirates. If you purchase a radio from them and it is bad, it is your fault. Run from them and do not look back. Just don't do it."
"Recieved radio from OEM. It had a cracked screen, chunks missing from the front and side, and the dust protector for the DVD is half missing. When I contacted them Tony said I could return under standard policy, but it is damaged. So I will file a dispute with Paypal and with my card company cause it is very clear OEM doesn't care and fails to tell you the full scope of what you are buying. Worst company that I have shopped at.
I ordered on the 12/6/17 and provided me tracking showing 2 days. It arrived 12/13/17. Be warned by the company!"
"It's a gamble! I ordered a radio with navigation for my Navigator from them. I took it to a car audio store to install it. It didn't even power on! The installer asked where I purchased it from and when I showed him he said another guy purchased a damaged radio from the same place! Just buy locally and from a trustworthy source. This was too good to be true."
"ordered a radio/nav system for my car. needed pn 19c-156-aa. their cross reference listed 19c-157-aa/ab as a good replacement. they did not have the exact 19c156-aa. received the radio, took it to ford, ford said it would not work because it did not have the nav system and would not program correctly. Talked to Katie, Brittany and Kristen. was told return. when I tem was returned only got 80% refund. that's not what I was told. was told would get 100% refund and return ship because they did not have exact replacement in stock. filed a dispute with ebay and paypal. they are saying I am filing false claim and calling me a liar. Katie said she never spoke to me, (but I did talk with her) and she talked to the other and said I misunderstood. waiting on paypal decision. bottom line, do not deal with this company. you may be sorry you did."

"Buyer Beware- This company sells equipment that does not work. I bought a radio from them from Ebay. I took it to the dealership for them to put it in. The dealership charged me $270..00 to put in the radio and diagnose the problem. The problem was the radio had been in water and was corroded. When I called seller they said all their radios are tested before sending. This was not a true statement. I am not out $270.00 dollars.
