They will list an "estimated arrival date" that is not even remotely close to the date it will actually arrive - it may not even ship until that date and then hide behind the "estimated" characterization on its website - although nothing during the order process or on your invoice will indicate that the arrival date has been delayed by as much as week. You can order cheaper with more secure delivery from Amazon or Staples or almost any other online office supply retailer. Do not be fooled by their deceptive shipping practices. It is only after you receive an email invoice and tracking number that you will discover the date has changed dramatically."
