"When I called this company to inquire about products and which would be best for our application I spoke to a man in 'customer service' who was abrupt and sounded like I was bothering him with my questions. He just referred me back to the website pages for the info that I was asking about. I don't have a problem with reading websites, I just was trying to be clear about the difference in the products listed.
We ended up ordering a 10' wheelchair ramp 10 days ago. Paid over $1000.00. The receipt showed that shipping would be via FedEx and would be within 3-5 business days. Seven days later I called to find out status. Phone calls unavailable due to 'inclement weather' but the chat system was available. The guy on the chat line was very unhelpful and did nothing to look for tracking number. He messaged back that I should just wait a couple more days to get an email from the company that was dropshipping it to us. I waited 4 days and called again. This time the lady on the phone said that it had been shipped the day before and that it would not arrive for 5 more days. That's 15 days from the day I ordered it. Also - not arriving by FedEx but by another shipping company. She did email me the tracking number.
15 days isn't too long to receive a large item but the info I was provided was not accurate. "
"They sell items that will barely last a year and poorly designed. Stay far away from this "company" if you don't want to waste your money. They are extremely rude and hostile to potential customers too."
"Ordered an Apex Bike Rack and when I opened it the nuts, bolts and washers were all pose in the box of parts . Rack is basically a kit, and a kit with no directions included. Did find the directions on the web site but none included with the product.
Looked at the packing slip and see a note “previously purchased NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS”. Well I purchased it as new not as used. I have no idea what might be missing from the box.
What a third rate operation, would never purchase from them again."
"Called with specific questions regarding motorcycle carriers and was on hold for over 5' with a voice replaying that I could leave a message. As I was about to hang up, a "product specialist" comes on and does not have any direct answers, just vague "all-our-ramps-are-great" answers. Fine, I'll shop elsewhere."
"I ordered a ramp from Discountramps.com a week ago, after I got email confirmation from Sales that the item I ordered had the right dimensions for my application. The ramp that arrived was 9" shorter than I needed, and had a different model number. After multiple calls and emails, Discountramps agreed that the item wasn't as ordered, and agreed to arrange for pickup / return. It took days more to get a return label, which required me to drop the (very large) item off at Fedex. Finally today, they promised to arrange for Fedex pickup. Fingers crossed.
Meanwhile, I called Sales multiple times, trying to order a longer ramp, and asking for consideration for the time I spent receiving, unboxing, reboxing, calling, emailing, and generally taking accountability for correcting an error that wasn't mine. Sales was totally disinterested in the problems caused by their company, and didn't even have the decency to apologize, much less offer a deal on a replacement.
I wish I'd checked out their ratings on this website beforehand. It would have saved me hours of frustration and wasted effort."
"It was a pleasure dealing with the customer service department at Discountramps.com. They followed up with phone calls, the merchandise was shipped on time and the staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the item we purchased did not suit our needs so we returned it. However, they were very helpful in handling the return and made it easy for us to send it back. I was credited the amount of the item within two business days, earlier than expected. Would definitely use them again."
"I ordered two bike racks "Hitch Bike Platform BC-08581-2A for my daughter and ourselves. I asked to purchase extra straps and knobs as sometimes thru no fault of anyone you lose a part in travel or whatever. They don't sell any parts for the bike racks--- which if I had known that I would not have purchased any item from them. I guess if you lose a part you just have to buy a whole new unit - NOT ME and not from them. My suggestion is to shop around and ask if there are parts available in case something breaks or is lost.
Outside of the above issue - their original service and followup on delivery was 4-5 stars"
"Ordered from scratch&dent to save $s only to be sold the 2nd time with the pin hole drilled on bottom to be in wrong location.Had to send pictures to get replaced.Another week and half.Recently disabled needed now for scotter.Told me to scrap bad carrier.Extra work trash company won't pick.Will not be customer in the future.No one inspected when was returned for not being built correct.Parts also missing.

"I ordered a Rancher pet car seat for my little Josephine. She is a jack russel mix. She loves her car seat and I do too. It came in just days and it was better than what I ever thought could be ,it is made so good with zippers to hold it's shape. The price was great. I saw one in a pet shop where I live and it was cheaply made and cost five times more. All I can say is LOVE LOVE LOVE"
