"Several days after I had placed my order I received an email simply stating, "We need to verify some information. Please respond to this email or your order will be cancelled." Not having been told exactly what information needed to be verified I replied saying, "I received an email stating I needed to verify some information. What do you need?" I never received any reply back and after about a week I received an email stating my order had been canceled and if I had any questions to call customer service. By this time my laboratory work had already started and I was annoyed at the run-around so I chose not to call."
