"I ordered some bi-focal safety glasses. After taking our credit card payment was told thank you. A week and a half later was checking to see where my order was and low and behold it was on back order. I was never sent any thing stating that it was on back order, not even an e-mail, I had to find out for myself. Called in to find out why. Was told that they should be in that following Monday and that when the do come in that my order was not going to be the first to be filled since I had paid for ground shipping. That did not go over very well. Who cares how the shipment is going out, an order is an order. Called that following Monday, was told that they are still on back order and did not know when they would be in. The following day I get an e-mail stating that they would not be in until the next week. I called to talk to a supervisor, had to leave a message, but at least she called me back when I was on the phone placing an order for the same product with another company. This other company had the glasses in stock, sent them to us 2 day air and not excuse's. Almost cancelled my order with you all but told the supervisor to fill the order when they can and get them out to us. They did get here eventually. "
