"I wasn't given a delivery estimate when I ordered. When a week had passed with no estimate I inquired through email and was told I could take up to 12 business days to ship. If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered. So I finally received my shipment 28 days AFTER I placed my order. I will not be ordering from them again."

"It took 1 month to get my item. I was NEVER informed of this. Not until I had to keep "emailing" them. There's no way to actually speak to a customer service rep.
But my card was charged immediately!!!!! I do not recommend this company.

"Well I placed an order for some T-shirts. They were to be shipped by a specific date to my AZ winter home. They did not make it in time. I contacted customer service regarding the problem and they sent another package to my IL summer address. These I received promptly as described. Then guess what? The package sent to AZ had been forwarded to IL. Now I had two complete T-shirt orders. Discountedrack made me a fantastic deal to keep both packages. The communications we had contributed to a great settlement. The customer Service people were great in communicating and solving the problem. "

"They are horrible. I placed an order on October 23, 2014 and have yet to receive my order. They do not have a phone # to call so my only method in contacting them was thru email. I sent them 3-4 emails with no response back. After I call my credit card company to dispute the charges, I received an email on November 16, 2014 that my order is about to ship. However up to this day, the status is "label has been created" and that was it. So they created a label but have yet to actually ship out my items. I would NEVER do business with them again. "

"the worst shopping experience i have ever had with a company took more than a month to get my order shipped and then they left off half the order customer service is terrible just auto reply messages no one ever answers your questions or concerns and i've still not recieved my complete order would not recommend this company to anyone "

"I placed an order on August 5 for a 5 pack of polo shirts in different colors. The shirts arrived promptly, but one of them (white) had a dirty streak down the front. I contacted Discountedrack and they said they would send a replacement shirt. After a short delay, (which they apologized for) I received the replacement shirt. I was disappointed in that the replacement was red (which I had also received in the original order), rather than a white one. I contacted the company again, thanked them for sending the replacement, but expressing my dissapointment that the shirt was red rather than white. The promptly sent out another shirt -- white. They never requested that anything be returned. Couldn't ask for better service or a more responsible business."

"I placed an order for 2 dozen bargain priced socks. I promptly received them and due to my own stupidity, thought they sent me the wrong item. They apologized, told me to keep the "incorrect" item and quickly shipped out a replacement order at no charge. I once again (I am not the brightest bulb in the socket) informed them the order was wrong. They responded by letting me know where to look on the item to ensure it was correct. It WAS correct. I offered to pay for the replacement and they told me to keep it at no charge. Unbelievably gracious and generous. THANK YOU for the great service. "
