After a long shipping delay (where they sent an email saying it had been shipped, except the tracking number they gave showed it wasn't delivered to the shipper until a week later), first they sent the wrong laptop, and that laptop had a DVD drive that sounded like a jet engine. After a lengthy and contentious return process, they finally sent the correct laptop, but the display was broken, so you could only use the computer with an external monitor. Deal with this company, and their companion company savebigbucks.org, with extreme caution."

The laptop I received was not Grade "A".

I sent an e-mail expressing my concerns. I then waited for the hassle that usually follows. But instead I almost immediately got a phone call from Michael Martinez expressing his concern that this happened. He was very apologetic and assured me that it would get taken care of. They paid for return shipping.
I now have the replacement D630 and it is very nice. Definitely Grade "A".
It is because of the professionalism and manner in which they took care of the issue that I am able to recommend this seller.

Excellent laptops in excellent condition!The Dell D630s were very well packed (improved since the first laptops I bought) and they were shipped out right away with tracking number.
