" The customer service of this company is VERY POOR and seemingly non-existant. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I was a satisfied customer for a few years. Ordering online always went smoothly and shipments were accurate and fairly timely. But since my vet will no longer FAX his prescription, I had to. I tried on three days to FAX it and it wouldn't go through. I e-mailed the company for help. I got a brief e-mail back which told me to e-mail another address which did not work. I e-mailed this man again with a question and did not get a response. I called on four different days. Two days I called during business hours and was unable to reach anyone. On other days I left voice mail messages asking someone to call me but nobody has. Twice their voice mailbox was full. I'M THROUGH WITH THEM!"
