"Horrible company. Ordered an item and paid for it to be shipped FedEx overnight. They shipped it ground. I contacted them several times throughout the day and was basically blown off. They could have easily had FedEx return the package to them and ship me a new one overnight that day. Now I will not received the package when I need it by, that is why I chose OVERNIGHT. Now I will have to return it when I receive it in a week. Thanks Discovery, for nothing."

"Order placed on 3/26. Nothing. Emailed them 4/2 - where is it? Shipping in 24-48 hours. 4/8 still nothing. Called them. Order was "lost" and "no longer selling the item." Which would have been grand to know two weeks ago!"
