"Requested priority Saturday delivery and was charged over $100.00 to make sure this would happen. Item wasn't delivered until Monday, even after speaking to the vendor who "guaranteed" the Saturday delivery. The vendor then refused to issue a credit for the priority shipping, the best they could do was credit back $25.00!"
"Tried to order a unique Hard drive. I gave them the specs and the firmware version to ensure the right hard drive was identified before I purchased it. I was willing to pay 55% over the normal selling price. The representative I dealt with told me he had found a drive that met my specifications. I asked to get a camera shot of the unit- just to be sure. I was told that they did not need to do that because they had double checked everything. I even spoke to the owner of the business. He assured me all would work out. After I received the drive I found it DID NOT MATCH my specs. I ended paying to have it shipped back and was only refunded for the purchase price. I was out for the shipping and about three months of time. Lost my customer...."
