"I just purchased an 8' Waveline display. I was very pleased with the level of customer support that they provided. When I first contacted them via chat, they were very knowledgeable and had the answers to my questions. When I called to place my order, it was so nice to talk to a real person. Jack was very helpful and had a lot of experience to offer suggestions. I explained that I was in a time crunch situation and they worked with me to be sure that my graphics were approved in time so that I could receive my display before my show.

When I received my display, I had trouble setting it up properly. When I called, Jack was out and I spoke to Jeff. He was very helpful as well. He sent me a link to a video and it described the exact problem I was having. When my sales people went to the show, they used the video to adjust the display and they were able to position it perfectly!

The only negative experience I have had is with the case-to-counter graphic. The graphic has velcro straps that cinch it to the case. If the straps touch the fabric they immediately adhere and cause the graphic to snag like women’s nylons. I damaged my graphic the very first time I tried to put it on the case.

All in all, I think Display It is a wonderful company. I am sure I will be able to resolve the issue with the case graphic very soon.
