I called and was reassured that the number would be supplied. After 36 hours I still had no number. I called again and was told the shipper would be contacting me directly, this was Friday. By Sunday I received the e-mail that the item was no longer available due to it not being in stock. Although they followed through on letting me know the status it was really unfortunate it took them almost a week to get me answers. Not sure I'll be shopping there again. "
