"I ordered a GPS and had no problem getting it. I needed to exhange it for a different model. They said to return the existing model and repurchase the one I want. After several weeks and emails they finally recieved the GPS and said they were refunding the money. The refund NEVER happened! They claimed they were sending the GPS back to me AGAIN that never happened. Apparently they sent it back to the manufacturer to be repackaged...WHAT! I don't understand why it was not sent back to me. I am out a GPS and $459.00. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not respond to emails OR phone calls. Can you say "see you in court"? NOT ONE STAR IN THIS RATING...Stay away from district beauty and electronics."

"Their customer service is terrible they charge my credit card three times and they didn't response to phone calls or emails

I order on a camera on Saturday. It took them a week to process it (they claimed that my credit card wasn't working by the way this was the only time they respond to me after sending them around 5 emails) after another 4 days they charge my credit card by 1200$ I tried several time to contact them but no response.
