"This is a horrible company. I placed an order over a month ago and never heard from them so I placed an order with another reputable company BBG Guys. There is a difference with online retailers who own product and "dealer" who own nothing, but take your money and send orders in to the manufacturer. They provide no service. They provide no added value and they hurt the real distributor that actually cares about the customer. When I received a tracking number I was surprised so I called in and talked to the owner who has to be one of the worst people I have dealt with. Just to me clear...they took my money over a month ago, never sent ANY update that the item was back ordered and when I call to cancel, this idiot yells at me and tells me he knows how to gain the system with the credit card processor and I I will be charged a restock fee if I cancel.
So...I will gladly keep this item for the sole reason of having the opportunity of telling this story to everyone I can. I want to make sure that any potential customers are aware that DIY BBQ does not have a "real business". They take your order and money...then go out and buy t when and if they can get it shipped, you will receive it. You are better off doing business with a real company that actually has a location, owns inventory and has real customer service staff that care about their customers. This is also a call out to all manufacturers to let you know the importance of dealing with a "real company"
Note to DIY **** - Enjoy the money you made from me!

"DIYBBQ.com is a sketchy retailer at best.
Products are misrepresented on their website, with incorrect part numbers (I confirmed the manufacturer no longer produces several parts listed on the DIYBBQ site).
After substituting an incorrect part number for something I ordered, they would not reply to multiple emails and phone calls. They will not answer the phone and your only option is to leave a message to which they will not respond.
They have not bothered to change the part number on the website and continue to allow buyers to place orders for a part that is no longer available.
This site is not reputable and will not take care of you if there is any problem with your order."
